Owens Civil Engineering has been operating for 30 years based in Buttington, Welshpool, Powys. Our location allows us to cover a wide area including Powys, Shropshire, Cheshire and often further afield.
Owens Civil Engineering works across a range of project types in agricultural, commercial and industrial settings, projects include groundworks, earth moving, demolition, site clearance and plant hire.

Owens Civil Engineering are a highly experienced team who offer only the highest standard of quality workmanship. With equipment from 1.5tonne to 50tonne, we can fulfil a variety of earthmoving needs.
